The apartment was clean, had a good view and clean and reasonably spacious rooms. Had early check in, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The stuff where really very polite.

I had a such great stay, with location in different towers. Outstanding services. Had a handy kitchenette, that's always useful. The staff were helpful in all circumstances, I liked them all.

The apartment was fairly clean and had location close enough to the Dubaï mall, burj khalifa and souk al bahar, the construction around, and downtown. We received outstanding greeting too. It was great and beautiful to the dancing fountain.

I really liked how clean this place was - it was quite tidy. The bathroom was big and even had a bathtub! Had a great time here, definitely coming back again sometime. 🛁

The place was clean with special atmosphere close enough to Bella vista, the Dubaï mall, burj khalifa and souk al bahar and the fountain. The setting was particularly good. In fact, it was located near metro.

Everything was excellent, we didn't want to leave. We had an excellent stay in Dubai just off the downtown and Dubai mall and fountain. Its room was clean and huge provided with a breathtaking view...

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were close to all the major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Plus, the views from our apartment were absolutely stunning, with breathtaking sights of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the mesmerizing fountain shows in the evening. It was truly a visual treat!

The cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely appalling. There was a constant unpleasant odor in the room, and we noticed dirty walls and a disgustingly dirty floor with spots of dirt everywhere.

Conveniently located near iconic attractions like a famous shopping mall, a tall tower, and a traditional market, as well as ongoing construction. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent services that make the stay enjoyable. 😊

The rooms here are quite spacious and include a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a safe box, plus a big bonus is the tub in the large bathroom.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting within various towers and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and kept very clean, which was important to me as a senior woman. I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible for seniors, with ramps and elevators available throughout the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. The children working there seemed disinterested and sometimes even rude, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed.
